Citymind is a Czech SaaS platform focused on the safe use of artificial intelligence in cities, towns, schools, universities, and businesses. 2. Who are Citymind solutions for?
Citymind develops solutions primarily for three customer groups: cities and municipalities, universities and schools, and businesses. Each sector uses AI in a different way.
Cities and municipalities can improve access to information for citizens and reduce the number of repetitive inquiries. Schools and universities can support applicants, students, faculty, and administrative staff. Citymind helps companies with customer communication, generating business leads, internal knowledge management, and process automation.
Both the features and the resulting settings are tailored to the type of institution, its data, and specific use cases.
3. How does an AI chatbot subscription work?
The price of an AI chatbot subscription is determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the size of the institution and the complexity of the deployment. The current chatbot offering includes the AI assistant itself, the Citymind Manager admin panel, voice-activated queries, automatic detection of up to 150 languages, redirection to resources, sending conversations via email, monthly AI reports, consultations, and SLA support.
The subscription is designed as an all-inclusive service. It includes implementation, operation, maintenance, chatbot customization, future enhancements, training, and access to the analytics platform. 4. What is Citymind Manager?
Citymind Manager is an administrative platform for managing AI agents, knowledge bases, and subscriptions. Organizations can use it to track conversation histories, filter individual interactions, and export data to Excel.
The solution includes statistics for evaluating usage and return on investment, monitoring the quality of responses, and monthly AI reports. These can show the organization’s leadership which topics users address most frequently, what information they have difficulty finding, and where there is room for improvement in communication.
