We have a new engineer on our team. Tereza Hrbková successfully completed her master’s degree in Software Engineering at the Faculty of Informatics at Masaryk University.
Her thesis was developed in close collaboration with Citymind and focused on the analysis of conversational data from city chatbots. The goal was to design a system capable of identifying trends and patterns in user behavior—insights that can help cities better understand what citizens are actually addressing in their inquiries.
For Citymind, the integration of research, academic study, and everyday practice is essential. During her studies, Tereza developed her own entrepreneurial path while also working on solutions that make it easier for public administration to utilize artificial intelligence.
