Practical AI Training for Government Agencies and Organizations
We’ll show you how to use artificial intelligence safely and clearly, using specific real-world examples. We design our training so that participants take away not only theory but also practical techniques they can try out right away in their work.

Who has already completed Citymind's training?
We also developed AI training for the Central Bohemian Region. We design the content to be practical: from the safe use of AI and prompt engineering to specific scenarios that are relevant to the organization’s day-to-day work.
What Participants Will Take Away
The training is designed for everyday work teams. It explains AI in layman’s terms, without unnecessary jargon, and with an emphasis on responsible use within the organization.
AI Without Chaos
What AI can do, where its limitations lie, and how to incorporate it into your work so that it helps rather than creating more work.
Prompting in Practice
Simple frameworks for creating high-quality assignments, working with documents, summarizing, proofreading, and preparing supporting materials.
Safety and Rules
How to Think About Sensitive Data, Internal Policies, the GDPR, the AI Act, and the Responsible Use of Tools.
Custom use cases
Participants will practice scenarios related to their work: daily tasks, communication, documents, questions from citizens, and internal processes.
How AI Training Works
We tailor our training based on who’s in the room and what they’ll actually be using afterward. An introduction for management looks different from a hands-on workshop for the administrative team, which in turn differs from training for people who already work with AI and want to get more out of it.
We’ll show you how to formulate prompts correctly, how to work with tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, or Gemini, and when it makes sense to move beyond one-off queries to using your own AI agents. The goal is to ensure that routine and repetitive tasks don’t remain manual work when they can be safely automated.
Typical workflow: We’ll briefly agree on the topics in advance, prepare relevant examples, and during the workshop, we’ll demonstrate specific approaches using scenarios that participants are familiar with from their work.
Participants will try their hand at prompting, working with documents, reviewing responses, designing a simple AI agent, and basic process automation. At the end, they’ll leave with recommendations on what they can start using right away, what requires internal policies, and where it makes sense to follow up with a more in-depth workshop or consultation.
Defining Needs
We clarify the goals, the types of participants, and the processes where AI should make practical sense.
We design the content
We’ll put together a customized training program: prompts, documents, AI agents, automation, and security.
Training Delivery
Online, on-site, or hybrid. With demonstrations, exercises, and specific real-world examples.
Post-Training Support
We’ll help you implement AI, set up rules, and optimize your first use cases.
We tailor our approach to the team's needs: ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or we also provide training on our own tool, Aurora.

Who is this training for?
We tailor the content based on who will be using AI in practice. We train executives differently than we train specialized teams, and differently still than we train people who mainly need to quickly gain confidence in their day-to-day work.
Who is this for?
Public administration, cities and municipalities, regions, universities, schools, companies, nonprofit organizations, internal teams, and organizational leadership.
How We Train
Online, in person, or a hybrid format. The format can be a short introductory workshop, a half-day hands-on training session, a full-day training session, or a follow-up series for various teams.
