The topic “Governments Building Trust with AI” raises a question that is becoming increasingly important for digital public administration: how to use artificial intelligence in a way that truly helps people, understands their needs, and does not lose the human touch.
Tereza demonstrated that trust is not built on technological promises, but on repeated experience. When an institution is able to accept a request, understand it, steer it in the right direction, and clearly explain the next step to the person, AI can bring real value to public services.
