Creation and testing of AI Agent for Prague 6

Can artificial intelligence help a borough authority with a population of 100,000? Yes, and that's exactly what we've verified by testing AI agents on a copy of the Prague 6 website. At the first AI Agent co-creation session for Prague 6, which took place on 6 February 2025, we worked with officials and citizens to find out how AI Agent can make the work of the authority more efficient and improve access to information. How could our AI agents help in your area?

🗓️ On 6.2.2025 our first PragueBot Co-creation session took place in Prague 6, as part of the CommuniCity project at the Prague 6 Municipal Office.

Research in numbers:

15 min/person or group by department,
25 people testing the bot on web copy,
20 short questionnaires completed,
5 screen recordings for UX improvement purposes

and invaluable insights into what is the day-to-day agenda at city government and how much time AI agents can save and where most for all residents.

→ The AI agent achieved a very above average rating, as citizens routinely rate the state's digital services based on their own experience, with an overall score of 3.2 on the opposite scale (cesko.digital, DIA)
