How can you digitize a university using AI? What were the first steps and how is it progressing?

We will show you right away with a practical example from Mendel University in Brno (MENDELU).

First, we created a pilot project for the Faculty of Business and Economics (PEF), tested it, and then deployed it directly on the website. We then also implemented it at the Sports Centre (CSA), Student Dormitories and Canteen (SKM), Help Desk (OIT), and now also at the Faculty of Forestry and Wood Technology (LDF).

To date, our AI chatbots have answered more than 15,000 queries in total, with the highest number coming from PEF MENDELU.

However, the goal is to digitize the entire university with the help of artificial intelligence.
