The Faculty of Economics and Administration at Masaryk University recently deployed an AI chatbot that advises prospective students — and will even respond to you at midnight.

How can artificial intelligence make the path to university easier? At ECON MUNI, an AI chatbot acts as the first point of contact for prospective students while also freeing up the hands of the study department.

Both students and applicants gain instant access to important information, making communication with the faculty faster and more efficient. The chatbot handles the most inquiries during the entrance exam period — often at night, when no one is available by phone or in the office.

How does the AI chatbot work?
