Convincing the first local governments to entrust us with part of this responsibility wasn\u2019t easy\u2014but we succeeded.<\/p><p>Through the <strong>JICbooster<\/strong> program, we further developed our idea and gained practical know-how on everything from scaling up to legal protection.<\/p><p>Today, Citymind\u2019s tools are used by cities, municipalities, and companies\u2014from Prague 6 and Pardubice to the<sub>O2<\/sub> Arena. We\u2019re a profitable company, we\u2019re growing, we\u2019ve earned <strong>ISO 27001<\/strong> certification, and beyond the Czech Republic, we\u2019re preparing to enter other European
