How can we integrate artificial intelligence into the daily operations of 2,820 municipalities in the Czech Republic? Together with the Union of Towns and Municipalities of the Czech Republic<\/a> (SMO \u010cR), we are working on our largest project to date, which aims to bring AI technologies to thousands of local governments across the country.<\/p>\n

SMO \u010cR represents officials from 2,820 municipalities, including all statutory cities\u2014that is, more than 80% of the Czech Republic\u2019s population. On this scale, it makes sense to develop AI as a practical tool that will make the work of government officials easier and help them navigate important information more quickly.<\/p>\n

In the project ” GUIDE FOR COUNCIL MEMBERS \u2013 HONZ\u00cdK<\/strong>,” the first AI assistant for mayors and council members, Citymind is creating an intelligent layer for fast data processing. Through API connectors, we integrate verified services into a single environment\u2014for example, Advomate for specific legal inquiries and the Ministry of Finance\u2019s State Treasury Monitor for a direct view of finances and budget management.<\/p>\n

Throughout 2026, we will deploy the solution in a live environment, test it, and continuously improve it together with the people who will be using it every day. We thank SMO \u010cR for its trust and courage to innovate.<\/p>\n
